Our dept. are responsible for IBM social software dev and testing in CDL. We are looking for some talents for QA position (Band 6 or 7). Here is the JD. Responsibilities:Better understand of architecture of our product2. Perform design review with Dev team3. Make comprehensive test plan for FVT4. Design test scenarios in good quality5. Set up and maintain complicated testing environment6. Execute test cases7. Identify and report problems8. Develop & maintain automation scripts for FVT with RFT(Rational Functional Tester), Improve common automation framework for better support of FVT automation.9. Actively communicate with developments and other test teams to resolve any blocking issues to ensure all milestones10. Regular status reports to WW release managers and test managersTechnical Skills Requirements:? Experienced in Java and J2EE or in C++.? Familiar with software engineering, software testing process and Agile development process is a plus.? Familiar with Quickr, or Domino, or WebSphere Portal and WCM or Websphere Application Server? Familiar with kinds of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, Mac etc.? Familiar with Database server(SQL, Oracle or DB2), LDAP server and HTTP server? Experience on GUI automation tool, RFT(Rational Functional Tester) is a plus? Experience on STAF/STAX is a plusSoftskill requirements:? Self-motivated? Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills?
