职位描述：1. 为客户提供现场软件安装和系统排障工作； 2. 熟悉计算系统、软件或网络权限控制的解决方案； 3. 在客服经理的指导下，配合客户进行系统设置和安装、培训工作； 4. 对任务结果进行备档，整理和报告； 5. 结合客户的意见，提供合理化产品改进意见。 任职资格：1. 本科以上学历，计算机技术、信息管理等相关专业；2. 1年以上技术支持相关工作经验；3. 熟练操作Excel函数报表功能、熟悉SQL Server数据库的命令；4. 具有良好的沟通表达能力，能承受较大的工作压力。
