Skill Set Description "General Skill Set: #Comes from a Consulting/ leading industry player ; Has experience in strategy, operations & technology; Has deep functional experience in Manufacturing (Discrete or Process Manufacturing) Operations (Product Operations/ Customer Operations); #Exposure to multiple industries would be a plus; (High Tech/ Discrete Manufacturing/ Automotive/ Metals/ Chemicals)#Core Functional Knowledge across Plant Operations & Maintenance, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Design and Engineering, Customer Service and After Sales.#Should have exposure to package applications such as ERP (SAP/Oracle) or SCM (I2/Manugistics/ Ariba/etc) #Should be proficient with Enterprise Architecture skills (process architecture/information architecture/ application architecture) #Should have managed small/large business process re-engineering/ consulting programs#Candidate with experience in leading and implementing large scale strategic programs / projects, typically business / functional side, across the full lifecycle would be desirable.
