oracle 11g rac 安装报错 CRS-2500

各位大哥，小弟在安装到运行另个shell脚本这部分时候，报了下面这个错误

ORA-15081: failed to submit an I/O operation to a disk
ORA-06512: at line 4

小弟在网上没有找到这个错误是因为什么引起的，想请教各位大哥，帮忙看看怎么可以解决问题，项目有点急。希望帮忙看看

ocr 设备有问题， IO不正常

您好，想请教一下这个问题应该如何解决，我是在Oracle VM VirtualBox里面创建的共享内存。不知道我那块有问题，应该如何修改
