oracle连接报错，在线等，急，请牛人帮忙

今天磁盘空间不够，系统出现问题后，重启服务器后，移出一些空间，现在数据库无法使用，提示 ORA-01096: program version (10.2.0.1.0) incompatible with instance (1.0.0.0.0)，不知这个要如何处理，请帮忙，谢谢！

Was a patch applied recently? Any error during the patch?
You had space problem. Rebooted the server. Then deleted some files to give some space to the database. Not deleted files before the reboot. Correct?

早上运维给服务器加了些内存,就报这样的错误，alert中也不报错，启动重启都报这个错误,请问怎么解决呢？谢谢

SQL> shutdown abort;
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup mount;
ORACLE instance started.

是的，运维同事给安装oracle的服务器加了内存重启后库就启动不起来，start时报那错，后来recover了下就可以了(前提是我让同事先将加上去的那块内存取下来了)。正常后我正常关库，然后把内存加上去，再次打开就没问题了，也没报开始的错误了

有可能第一次加内存有点问题吧
