PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESSAP Solution Assembly & Packaging team is responsible for providing complete, ready to consume packaged solutions through combining products, services and content complemented with expert knowledge and core enablement assets, to help SAP increase its license revenue and service revenue.In those packaged solutions, in memory (Hana) technology based packaged solution is one of the key areas. As the only go to market channel of Hana based business content or applications, Hana based packaged solutions are playing and will continuously play important role for scaling the in-memory technology.We are looking for experienced solution specialists who can develop in memory technology based packaged solutions to address the SAP product strategies. They shall be able to independently drive the development tasks and to collaborate well with other team members.And in some occasion, they shall be ready to take the package build lead role and responsible for the entire solution build life-cycle, from initialization to realization. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS? Responsible for the successful realization of SAP BW, BOBJ, Hana solutions.? Have a strong understanding of building BI solution and its technical pre-requisites? Conceptualize and build BI applications with an eye for high levels of simplicity and usability with end users?Have a strong ability to write uses cases and technical specifications? Provide technical expertise, guidance, presentation and instruction on SAP BI area (BW, BOBJ, Hana, etc) to solution customers and SAP Field? Maintain one own professional development including continuous learning of new technologies, and communicate experience to fellow colleagues? With natural curiosities in new technologies and abilities to learn things fast? Respect the cultural difference of foreign counterparts and collaborate with our larger eco-system worldwideEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES? University degree or equivalent? Good English speaking and writing? Knowledge on one of SAP application modules, such as Logistics, HCM, CRM, FIN, would be a strong advantage? Practice experience with JAVA or ABAP programming would be a plus? Hands on experience with SAP Basis (System Install, connection etc) or with database(Oracle, MySql, MaxDB, etc) would be a plus? Strong communication skills and a superior team player is key WORK EXPERIENCE? 5 - 6 years experience involving in the whole life cycle of SAP customer BI projects (such asBW, BOBJ, Hana, etc) as application consultant or in the whole cycle of SAP BI development projects as developers.?
