3) Ability to create unit test scripts and execute
4) Ability to create test plans and scripts for various test phases
5) Knowledge or backround in Accounting, core HR or Global Payroll would be helpful。
Management Skills： Ability to mentor junior consultants
Language Skills： Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
Detail Job Description：

2) Able to work in offshore mode or onsite directly with client

Expected Experience：Minimum 8+ year of development/implementation experience in PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM v8 or v9
Technical Skills：
1. Minimum 8+ year of development/implementation experience in PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM v8 or v9;
2. Minimum 3 years of ERP/CRM/SCM hands-on Project Management experiences, having led team on client sides;
3. Proficiency in multiple modules of Oracle applications and sound knowledge of complete life-cycle implementation of Oracle applications;
4. Experience in blended offshore/onshore global delivery model is a plus;
5. Good analytical ability and problem solving skills;
6. Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
7. Proficiency in Mandarin and English with ability to communicate with international customer directly
8. Good leadership skills
9. Bachelor Degree in computer science or related and above

Detail Job Description：
1. Lead project team to complete projects based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
2. Be responsible for overall project delivery satisfaction
3. Ensure adherence to organization practices, business process & standards
4. Plan, schedule and track progress of the overall transformation project, including: scope management, schedule, resource/staffing, Risk mitigation/contingency plans, issue resolutions, milestones reviews/ Status reports, etc
5. Ensure proper integration and coordination between different tracks & teams
