岗位职责Regular interaction with embedded support team on signoff requests with regards to
functional gaps, blueprints and prototyping signoffs.
x Make sure that the respective requests is properly documented according to documentation
guidelines in the solution manager.
x Support the embedded the support by tracking that the respective requests are followed up
in a timely manner (following the respective SLAs)
x Coordinate that respective prototyping requests receive the support needed by involving the
respective development units via a to be defined clearing house as well involving the
respective AGS owners, Result of the interaction should be also how to use standard better,
how to safely enhance standard, decide on a form of pre-delivery should it be accepted as
standard request.
x Alignment and collaboration with respective embedded support team on respective requests.JOB PROFILE
Substantial IT knowledge and knowledge of SAP products and their technology
? Previous delivery experience as Senior Support Consultant or Technical Quality Manager..
? Understanding of AGS and development delivery process..
? Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English to be able to interact with
respective AGS and Development departments.
? A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an
international environment.
