Positions Information:
1) Consultants with 1-5 years of experience on SalesForce.com
2) In-depth understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales or Service Cloud) capabilities and constraints.
3) Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design, layout and configuration of the SFDC implementation and related applications
4) Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc as related to SFDC
5) Experience in min 2 or 3 SFDC Implementations.
6) Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.
7) Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
8) Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
9) Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
10) Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
职位二:salesforce
· Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience and should be fluent in Mandarin as he/she would be working closely with the business users and is expected maintain the synergy at a high level
· The ideal candidate will provide efficient 1st level SFDC support and bring all open issues to closure either independently or with the help from global team if the issue needs a development fix.
· Knowledge of SFDC application, capabilities and standard configuration is critical but development work will not be necessary.
· Typical support tasks may include
oEnd-user business questions ("how do I", "why do I", "what does this report mean" type questions),
oEnd-user technical break/fix reporting,
oOff-line client synchronization trouble shooting
oadministrative tasks (adding territories, processing account additions from MDM/Siperian, territory assignments and realignments to accounts, adhoc reporting,....etc.

oSALES CLOUD only at this time.
How many integrations are involved and type of integrations?
oGlobal support team is responsible for integrations as all of them are from central sources based here in Lake County.
What is the percentage of configuration vs customization?
oEstimate is 70% configuration of out of the box features, 30% customizations for additional functions.Again, as this is a single instance of a global application, configuration and customization is a task that will be handled by the global team here in Lake County.Understanding the make up of the system is certainly important for them to gauge additional education that may be required for their support resources.
