Highly skilled in all aspects of CVS including administering. Experience using and administering process of other tools such as MKS, Perforce, ClearCase.... is a plus Preferred ExperienceBachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field
Minimum 5 years of IT experience, 2-3 years in software configuration managementExperience or understanding of SaaS billing system are definitely preferred
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills ResponsibilitiesAs member in Configuration Management team, working closely with the development, quality assurance, Program management office and other CM engineers to support Quote to Cash applications development and operation; Develop and maintain automated build and deployment scripts; Perform CM activities for ongoing product development/deliveries including build, deployment, validation and trouble shooting. Documenting process and procedures to standardize build and environment setup and maintenance, ensure easy knowledge transfer to production support organization. Use configuration management best practices to consistently build and deploy to various environments. Ensure test environments are set up, configured, and available based on project milestones and schedules.Maintain Configuration Management tool, build tools, setup and maintain end to end testing environments. Collaborate with development and CM teams in several geographical sites to ensure continued execution and support. Working with Production deployment team, Global Support Organization to support production environment.
