Ensure that all the IS Support Engineers in China are achieved their KPI.? Ensure the policies and procedures are roll-out to the China IS team.? Ensure all IS Service are deliver in a professional and stable fashion? Work as a representative for IS in the China region to understand and aligning the IS team toward the needs.Role Duty – This role is to ensure the IS Service Delivery is affected in China.? Meet project and budget timelines and targets ? Leadership? Policy and process design? Communication with other departments ? Vender controRequirments? Education:Degree in ITExperience: ? Minimum five (5) years of experience in support and implementation and maintenance of voice and data communication and IT systems with 2 years’ experience in managing IS Support team.Technical Expertise: ? Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of software/hardware requirements, voice and data communications technologies. ? ITIL Support methodology preferred.
