Junior BA/Data Analyst ：
Job description:
-Ability to perform analysis on datasets to determine their quality, coverage, complexity
-Normalize disparate data sets into a common logical model
-Independently query data from multiple relational databases for analysis
-Work closely with IT and Operations partners to successfully deliver end-to-end technology solutions with operational exception management
-Create BRD/FRD
-Communicate business concepts and expected functional behavior to Developers
-Create comprehensive use cases for testing
Required Skills:
-Background in reference data with a focus on securities and pricing
-Proficiency writing SQL queries
-College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
-Data Oriented with an excellent attention to detail
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio and Project
-Strong analytical skills and writing skills
-Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
-Must possess good communication skills with the ability to be assertive
-Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
-Experience creating or enhancing data models is a plus
