Job Responsibilities:
1. Deliver support service to teaching activities;
2. Deliver support service to end-user, including faculty, staff, student;
3. Deliver support service to school events;
4. Develop and maintain miscellaneous application system;
5. Maintain IT documents and service guides.
Job Requirements:
1.BS degree, and Computer Science or related major.
2.At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
3.Solid knowledge about usage of MS Office 2007/2010, WinXP/Win7 and Internet.
4.Competent in resolving issues of both hardware and software.
5.Proficiency in the concept of MS AD.
6.Well-known in comprehensive cabling.
7.Well-known in web application service is preferred.
8.Having experience in project management is preferred.
9.Strong sense of responsibility.
10.Strong sense of customer oriented.
11.Strong problem solving skill.
12.Good verbal and writing communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
13.Must be a good team player and self-motivated
