如有日语流利,3年以上Linux系统支持经验,愿意考虑在北京工作的朋友联系我,该职位不用加班,偶尔会有一次24小时on call,如感兴趣请联系我,谢谢!QQ:821884279; 发邮件至:[email protected]Technical Support Engineer- Japanese speakerPrimary Responsibilities:1.Act as the direct contact for customer inquiries from all locations and across all product lines via online Customer Portal. 2.Analyze problems with non-functioning software to identify problem areas and recommend corrective actions and resolutions to customers.3. Use professional concepts and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. 4. Collaborate with global support engineers to resolve customer issues. 5. Document and share diagnostic steps and problem resolutions with GSS team.6. Work with all level support engineers in other regions on global projects and assignments. 7. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.8. May be required to be on call and perform night and/or weekend shift duties on a rotational schedule. Required Skills & Experience:1. Strong Japanese language skills (written and oral). Fluency in English. 2. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all clients with various levels of technical experience. 3. Good understanding of Linux/Unix 4. 3 years+ system administration or technical support experience on Linux/Unix 5. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or a comparable combination of experience/qualifications. 6. Demonstrated understanding of OS Installation, Configuration, Networking, Security/firewalls, Web Server. 7. Experience with enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS and Clustering) or virtualization would be a bonus. 8. Degree in Computer Science or other scientific/technical field. 9. Learning on the fly
