在生成AWR报告的时候遇到以下问题：
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

请问各位这个问题怎么解决。
The message "Database/Instance 976214629/1 was re-started during specified snapshot interval" is self-explanatory.
If you have restarted a database instance you CANNOT get an AWR report where the begin snapshot is before the restart and the end snapshot is after a restart.
A database instance restart resets most performance and other statistics used by AWR to 0 so AWR cannot compute values (which it does as "end-snapshot-value" MINUS "begin-snapshot-value") as these would very likely be negative and certainly be wrong and misleading.
