问题来自
《oracle_data_guard_11g_handbook》
如图，再谈到 RRT (round-trip network layer latency)的时候
有这么一段话
“
because network RTT increase with distance,
so will the peroformance impact on your primary database,
imposing a practical limit on how far apart you will be able to locate your
primary and standbye database
”
我的疑问是
我怎么感觉 “so will the peroformance impact on your primary database”
will 如果放在句首，不应当是疑问句吗？
还有就是 imposing
按照金山词霸上的解释
“
impose on
强加于
利用, 欺骗
硬要(某人)帮忙, 打扰
征税
”
实在是很难套这句话
“
imposing a practical limit on how far apart you will be able to locate your
primary and standbye database
”
来翻译啊？

No. This is inverse (倒装), e.g.
A: He's leaving.
B: So am I.

Because network latency is one of the factors limiting data guard performance, the distance between the primary and standby is important. The far apart, the longer the latency. Suppose they're in China and the US, respectively, the latency may be too long for a data guard to run smoothly in SYNC mode.
