·Excellent software development skill.
. At least 3 years' working experience on C++ software development
. At least 5 years' working experience on software development
. Familiar with C++ and STL is a MUST
. Familiar with multi-threading and socket programming is a MUST
. Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio development environment is a MUST
Knowledge on XML encode/decode is a MUST
Knowledge on DB (Oracle, MSSQLServer) accessing is a MUST
Familiar with Unix/Linux system environment and experience on C++ development in Unix/Linux is a big plus
Experience on B/S development (ASP.NET or J2EE) is a big plus
Experience on shell programming is a plus
