In charge of supporting back-office process / system ofsupporting functions, improve the process of Application System utilizationwhenever possible to meet business requirementProvide support to sales / marketingapplication and work with business to deliver business system solution andsupport in a compliant and cost effective manner. to company SAP implementationProvide Internet/Intranet related project implementationsupport. To ensure company application system running safely and smoothlyOperation Support:

In charge of the operation of all company back office systemto ensure smoothly running and back office system implementation?
Provide compliant system solution to fulfill business needs?
To review program specifications and design program logic tomeet the requirements?
To document all system development specification?
To ensure the operation of Company ERP system and itsinterfaces to other system run smoothlyBusiness Projects Implementation:

To participant in implementation of Business applicationsystem, provide application system solution to business users?
Support operation, implementation of Company sales andmarketing related system and its interfaces to other system run smoothly?
Provide application support to ERP system implementationPerform application system operation: System performance& software management, accessories supply and security controlSystem Integration: To identify potential improvement ofexisting applications and assist the integration of business systems.Training Support: To provide the ERP, business applicationsystem and Project management training to internal IS staffs and business userswhen required
Requirements:
Education / Experience
?
University degree / Diploma holder in Computer Studies orrelated field?
8 years related working experience,including 5 years IS working experience in MNC?
Good business knowledge indeveloping business system and e-commerce?
Strong knowledge of SAP system?
Be familiar with business systems maintenance including BI,ETMS, CRM software support experience is preferred.?
Excellent analytical,communication and collaboration skills to work with business partners tounderstand the information needs in support of business processes. ?
Good English and MandarinSpecial Knowledge
?
Knowledge of Cognos, Oracle, SQL, Web based applicationdevelopment, SAP ERP Applications and e-commerce business system.?
Experience in information management, business processanalysis, BI, ERP solutions, data structure definitions, and logical datamodeling ?
Experience with large project delivery, projectimplementation methodology, data warehouse tools, and relational databases?
Microsoft .net, Websphere, Hyperion knowledge is a plus Skill
?
High level of understanding of MNC business processes,logical data models, and data flows.?
Knowledge and experience of project management?
Able to evaluate and rollout new technologies forinformation excellence ?
Process oriented, adhere to the IT processes, andparticipate in business process improvements?
Able to prioritize work time and manage work schedule
