新职位说明：
1.需要研发背景，且是软件研发背景，需要熟悉软件开发的流程，敏捷开发最好；但不限定通信行业，只要做软件的都行；
2.需要有流程管理和质量管理的背景，熟悉这些工具和标准，(ISO, TL9000, CMMI)，Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Six Sigma,Kaizen；
3.JG8-9，至少8年相关经验；
4.英语要流利，因为会跟不同sit的同事沟通，软性能力强
5.汇报给一个偏流程管理的团队的经理，该经理直接汇报给成都GM，该团队一共6,7个人，做偏流程管理，质量管理，resource管理的相关工作
Position:Process Manager
Thisposition is responsible to Implement process measurement/revision and thequality strategy/framework to embed quality as a way of working. Leadinitiatives to improve processes and enhance overall R&D work. He/she willwork cross-functionally with development teams while being responsible forquality metrics, audits and corrective/preventive action process.
Responsibilities:
Measure,monitor and revision the existing process.
Initiateand implement process, quality, and documentation improvement projects
Drivecontinuous improvement by recommendations on the effectiveness and efficiencyof processes and controls and ensure associates are in compliance toestablished process.
Conductinternal process auditing based on an annual plan and summarize findings forcontinuous improvement to management.
Coach/train team members for process execution and enhancement.
Drive internal continuous improvement program.
Prepare reports to management on non-compliance and recommended action plans.
Provideeffective communication regarding status, risks, metrics, issues, objectives,initiatives and performance to plan on a periodic basis.
Deploysoftware development/testing processes, practices and operations and create asneeded to ensure repeatable development and high quality
Requirements
Bacheloror Master Degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline
Minimumof 6 to 8 years of software process or quality assurance experience, includingat least 3 years in a management position
Experience to work with cross-culture and cross functional team player.
Expert in quality Methodologies, Understanding of auditing techniques andmethodologies
Possessand apply a broad knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
Demonstrate and apply in depth knowledge of process improvement tools andmethodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, andSuccessful process improvements by enhancing process capability and maturity.
Experienceas a qualified quality practitioner or quality program trainer, Certificate inlean management or six sigma (black/green belt) is plus.
Ensuringhigh quality delivery in adherence to industry standard quality systems (ISO,TL9000, CMMI)
Excellentoral and written English.
Thrives in ambiguous environments and able toinfluence others w/o direct manager authority
Passion to be the best and Results-Oriented
Experience in Operations and Project Management department are a plus factor
