Business Title:Inventory Control &Quality Assurance (ICQA)40W左右 Operation Manager (Regional role)Job Title: Manager III, ICQA Responsibilities:1. Review and direct the analyses and improvement of key ICQA metrics in the region:
Review and direct the analyses of inventory transaction accuracy, quality andcustomer defect data with development of corresponding action plans that have regional/CN level impactDevelop and execute daily, weekly and monthly action plans that increase quality, inventory accuracy and servicesDrive process improvements andbe able to keep pace with explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environmentWork with process engineering/operation team to make sure quality is designed in processSet up, refine and track in-process and end-process quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
2. Communicate and educate senior managers on the importance of ICQA in the region:
Follow up to ensure compliance for policies and procedures of ICQACommunicate and educate senior managers on the importance of ICQA through projects and regular communications etc.
3. Responsible for overall direction and supervision of ICQA teamin the region and lead projects of regional/CN level impact:
Lead and supervise a team ofsite ICQA leaders:including interviewing & training employees; full accountability for setting & meeting operational goals; assigning & directing work; appraising performance; rewarding & disciplining employees; resolving problems & staffing etc. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the operation and have long-term strategic planning for the region Lead regional/CN level projects and take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across regionsBe an active member of the regional management team and contribute to the overall success of the company
Basic Qualifications:
A completed bachelor’s degree is required
· 8+ years’ experiences ofinventory orqualitymanagement;6+ years’ managerial experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment· Strong communications including excellent listening skills,good influencing and coaching skills
Strong analyticaland data analysisProven ability to show inventory &quality improvement in a continually improving environmentExperienced withquality 7 tools and a good understanding of Lean and Six Sigma, and a keen interest in and familiarity with Warehouse Management SystemsQuick learner on ERP software systems and data analysis toolsStrong oral, reading& written communication skills in Chinese and English (CET 6 or same level)Strong commitment to employee developmentas well as an exceptional level of dedication, motivation, and intelligenceStrong team-building and remote management skillsExperienced in mentoring, training and developing teammates for career progression and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
Engineering, operations or related field is a plusProject Management or Quality Project experienceGreen Belt and experience in Lean ManagementExperiences in B2C industry preferred; US firm or FMCG background preferred

岗位职责：
1、根据本行的实际情况，组织制定并完善本行的各项内部审计制度、审计流程、实施细则；2、建立重大事项报告制度及内审处罚制度；
3、结合银行业监管部门要求及国家审计政策，保障合规稳健经营。
4、拟定内部审计年度工作计划，并组织实施；
5、负责组织实施内部审计活动，审查内部审计报告；
6、与外部监管机构、审计机构进行沟通，协助人民银行、银监局等对全行开展检查。
7、及时向经营层和业务条线管理部门提出纠错整改要求；
8、对违章、违规、违纪、失职行为提出处理意见，并执行相应处罚办法。
9、综合管理本部门各工作岗位的工作，保证部门工作的全面完成；
10、 负责组织部门员工开展审计培训工作，提供审计人员能力。
11、 完成领导交办的其他事项
任职要求：
1、 有10年以上从事银行会计、审计工作相关经验；5年（含）以上管理经验；
2、 全日制审计、财会等相关专业本科（含）以上学历，中级（含）以上职称；
3、 精通审计业务知识，了解国家的审计政策、银行工作特点；掌握金融相关法律知识、银行会计结算、财务会计、信贷业务、表外业务及中间业务等知识，熟练使用办公软件；
4、 品行端正，熟悉并认同中国文化；具有较强的事业心、责任感，有较强的表达、协调、沟通和管理能力；
5、 全国股份制商业银行或国有银行总行内部审计部副总以上职务。
