XML Publisher 输出Excel无法查看问题

Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2
oralce XML Publisher : 5.0.1
提交请求后服务器以生成格式为".EXCEL"的文件，从服务器上单独下载后可以查看。但是view-tools-copy files 提示无法查看
通常“XSL 样式无法查看”都是字符集不统一引起的，现在程序语言，配置文件(系统及个人)，数据库都是“UTF-8”,现在这种现象是什么原因呢？

view xml 查看xml文件也是正常的

试试这个：

How to get Excel output instead of HTML code.
Unable to get Excel output from a RDF file from XML Publisher, HTML code shows up as output.
Solution
1. In MIME TYPES the following should be added :
FileFormat MimeType Description
HTML application/vnd.ms-exel Microsoft Excel
2. Change the value of the "Viewer:
Application for HTML" Profile System from "Browser" to "Microsoft excel".
