Experiences required
Solid and documented technical background within GSM, WCDMA and Computer Engineering
Strong ability in analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving

Experience from certification, testing is preferred

Jobs responsibility,
Requirement study and reseach which related the new feature such as MMS/SUPL/WiFI/NFC/SD-CARD/BR/FOTA/CTS
Certificate testing which related features such as MMS/SUPL/WiFI/NFC/SD-CARD/BR/RCSe/BR/CTS
Internal and externla coordinator with project as the feature owner.
Internal and external technical support and trouble shooting as the feature technical expert
Responsible forperform and co-ordinate application acceptance testing: Android CTS, DNLA, MMS,

TA Application Acceptance verification engineer has followingmain responsibilities:
?Being experts regarding certification of applications enable
?Develop testing methods for technologies/standards within the scope of Type approval
?Support R&D with pre-measurements and technical knowledge
?Run applicable tests for all applicable SEMC products
Responsible perform testing according to Test Plan and report results in our support systems
Responsible formaintain our test platforms:
?Trouble shooting when test systems problems
?Install new SW and hardware releases
?Contact with our test systems provider (R&S, Anite, Comprion, Spirent and Anritsu)
The verification engineer are expected to:
?Coordinate and follow up the daily work and report
?Schedule and prioritize the appointed test activities
?Reporting test status to TAC, R&D and section managers using our reporting systems
?Ensure the quality of the work performed in the lab
?Ensure defects are registered in DMS and TAMS.
?Support with training activities in the team
?Monitor the standardization industry for changes in the testing standards and operator requirements
?Be actively involved in improving and implementing work methods/processes in the team

Senior Verification Architect I&V IOT 手机和一些外设的交互测试是定测试策略和解决疑难问题的大拿级别的人物
u PURPOSE OF JOB:
Interoperability Testing validates the phone system is communicating correctly with other devices.
IOT team is in Q&CS I&V (IOT and Validation).
As architect in IOT team, he/she should have in-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies used both inside and outside of SoMC. In this position you will be working across all functional organizations in architecting the overall verification strategy and plans for platforms /projects. You will work in a global network of wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
l Description of duties:
? Developing IOT verification testing methodology and handle IOT requirement analyzing
? Support project in identifying risks and mitigation, estimation of schedule (and resources)
? Interface with development teams
? Propose, implement improvements and keep up with new technologies and requirements
? Convince management of new ideas, concepts and solutions. Drive the solutions to successful conclusions
? Interact with marketing, CS and development teams to understand the issues and in driving solutions
? Research and present more streamlined testing processes
? Other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned.
l Qualification:
? 8+ years experience in working with IOT and design in Wi-Fi/BT/NFC/MHL/USB and GSM/GPRS/UMTS/LTE
? In depth technical expertise of the Verification functional domain
? Working knowledge of SW validation tools and processes
? Proven and strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Proven ability to mentor and coach teams

4. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction. Provide technical assistance and/or advice to manger and team.

TOL ( Test Object Lead) I&V
u PURPOSE OF JOB:
? The successful candidate for this role is a highly skilled person, with at least 8 years of working experience in the Project Management area.
? Being a self motivated Sr. Test Object Leader, Responsible to manage Validation plan, test execution for Test Object of Reliability, Aging, and System Upgrade test.
? Report to I&V (IOT & Validation) of Test Center for System Validation on key features & risk areas, focus on Reliability, Aging in 2013.
? Responsible for consolidation and reporting validation status for Reliability, Aging and System upgrade. Reporting on both test progress and quality of the product
? Drive and manage budget and resource forecast for Test Object Line activities.
? Provide overview on product quality status for Test Object of Reliability, Aging and System Upgrade.
? Lead to create quality risk mitigation plan and follow up actions to reach the KPI target of Fixed Rate and Test efficiency within Test Object.
u RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for Validation plan for complete product offering, on key features & risk areas, focus on Reliability, Aging and System Upgrade.
2. Drive and manage budget and resource forecast for activities of Test Object.
3. As the Interface channel, driving the efficient communication with TPM (Test Project Manager) and Test object team.
u FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Bachelor degree or above of Telecommunication with a minimum of 10 years experience in mobile communication or related industry.
2. 5+ years of Project leadership experience, Project Management Skill, PMP certificate is preferred, with Quality sense.
3. 8+ years of Validation test experience
4. ? Good communication, presentation and meeting skills with experience of cooperation with internal/external partners.
? Strategic thinker to help Section manager to manage risks and roadmaps.
