Lead SAP SD/CS Functional Analyst
Lead SAP SD/CS Analyst supporting an international organization.In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders worldwide in providing solutions and support for SAP SD & CS modules.Opportunities to work with additional SAP modules, such as MM, PP, EDI and BW, will be available.A strong functional and technical background is required and project management experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
?Provide production support and SAP configuration services for users of the SAP SD and CS modules.
?Lead and participate in SAP projects, partnering with business stakeholders and other SAP analysts.
?Facilitate requirements gathering , analysis and solution design.
?Create and execute appropriate test cases and ensure the integrity of solutions prior to business unit and user acceptance testing.
?Communicate technical requirements to developers as required.
Required Skills & Experience
?7+ years SAP work experience with extensive experience in the SAP SD/CS modules.
?Structured business analysis, problem solving and project management skills.
?Strong English communication skills.
?Sales and Distribution process experience; including (but not limited to) Sales Order Management, ATP, Back Order Processing,Consignment Processing, Credit Management, Pricing, Shipping & Delivery, InvoicingincludingInter-Company.
?Strong experience in the Customer Service module functions such as Serial Number Management, Equipment Masters, Service Notifications, Service Orders etc.
?Strong experience in designing, developing and supporting cross-process integration between SAP and external systems
?Working knowledge of the functionality of all of the other core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, CO-PA) and integration points with SD/CS.
?Working knowledge of the ABAP Workbench.Strong understanding of SD/CS User Exits, Forms, BADI’s & ability to debug custom code.
Preferred Skills & Experience
?SAP MM:Experience in the end to end Material Management processes; including (but not limited to) Purchase Order Management functions such as Expense, Inventory, Sub-Contracting, Return PO’s & Scheduling Agreements.
?Inventory Management functions such as Goods Receipt, Goods Issues, Inbound Deliveries, etc.
?Stock Transport Orders (Intra Company & Inter-Company STO’s)
?SAP PP:Experience in the end to end Production Planning processes; including (but not limited to) MPS, MRP, Bills of Materials, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders etc.
?EDI, ALE & IDOC implementation.
