PURPOSE OF JOB:
Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.
The IPQM shall secure and guarantee the production process quality to ensure High Volume Factory can deliver according to Customer and Product Project expectations.
TOP FIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
% of Time SpentList the five major responsibilities (over 10% of the incumbent’s time).If this is a re-evaluation, provide key changes to the job.
1.Verify applicable parts of the production process as specified in Production Process Verification Requirements and Procedure. (PPV-P)
2.Write the IP Quality Plan and ensure that it is updated, communicated and followed. To define quality activities to be run to meet the quality targets in the IP quality plan. Execute it during development phase.
3.Lead yield improvement team to make sure yield performance in development and HV phase.
4.Write OBA instruction and make it approved.Act as interface between the factory and the Beijing Dev. regarding findings and corrective actions related to OBA, RRT and FTE, drive and monitor the progress of corrective actions.
5.Plan process audits for respective project’s life cycle in accordance with the Audit Process in corporation with Requirements & Audits.

Electromechanics Parts Quality Engineer
Job Description
The Global Electronic Mechanics SQA is responsible for driving sustainable excellence in Electronic Mechanics Component quality globally during the total product development and production cycle.
?Secure partner quality management system and give support to improve it when it is off track
?Lead the High Volume Quality Plan by utilizing team-oriented problem solving methodology and recommending changes or solutions to problems.
?Give a regular feedback or rating towards partner according to rating system in order to continuously improve or maintain partner base
?Be as an owner or driver when there is quality issue during development phase or when it isescalated by factory in high volume phase
?Initiate new ideas of working when observe the issue in process or repeated on different area
?Be on- site at either EMS or partner (supplier) to investigate the failure symptom , related root cause and drive corrective or preventive action in time
?Support team located in Tokyo when it is needed to travel to partner(supplier) in China. report and summarize the finding with progress daily until it is resolved with strong cooperation across function team
Desired Skills & Experience
-Bachelor degree or above
-3- 5 years of FPC, PCB, Antenna or Mechanics manufacturing process experience in mobile industry
-Be skillful onISO 9001 audit andcertificated
-Six Sigma yellow or green belt orwithgood problem solving skill
-Having experience in and global organization is preferred
-Be active and initiative driving things forward on the boundary area
-3+ years experience of Supplier Quality Engineer , Quality Engineer orManufacturing Process Engineer
-Good communication skill with both Spoken and Written English
-Travel is estimated as 30% around

JD - AM service manager
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.
Business&Consumer IT Solutions (B&CIS) is a global organization with responsibility for strategic planning, development and maintenance of all IT systems in the area of business management (e.g. SAP suite) and consumer management (e.g. sonymobile.com). B&CIS is a part of Corporate IT function.
AM Service Manager is working within B&CIS function. The role includes management of services provided by external or internal service providers. Because all AM service is outsourced to either external vendors or internal partners, it will the main focus to ensure the service delivered by the vendors/partners meets the agreed service levels and is continuously developed and improved.
As B&CIS is rapidly changing its scope due to the nature of systems and services development it is also expected by the AM Service Manager to possess a flexible mindset and to maintain relationship with all functions within Corp IT such as Network and Security, Data Center Operations and Business Relationship Management.Furthermore, the role also includes monitoring a set of processes for negotiating, defining, measuring, managing and improving the quality of AM service in a cost efficient way. The AM Service Manager acts as the gatekeeper and stakeholder for development deliveries into production as well as being the single point of contact for business stakeholders on application related issues.

1. 20% Create and follow up Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements (SLA) towards AM vendors. Ensure operation is in line with SLA and cost efficient, and if not, propose changes in line with Corp IT directives and financial targets. Maintain Service Level Agreement related documents.
2. 20% Validate and analyze AM status reports, identify and act on trends and deviations. Maintain and manage the agreed Service Catalogue for responsible application area.
3. 20% Evaluate consequences of new or changed functionality at suggested by application development from AM and run perspective. Accountable for AM handover from Projects and act as gatekeeper when development projects delivers to AM and daily operations.
4. 20% Point of escalation for business and IT for AM related issues, Point of escalation for AM vendors, Handle both functional and hierarchical escalations when necessary.
5. 10% Maintain stakeholder list for all communication around critical incidents (P1/P2) and planned changes.
Other 10% Ensure and communicate SLA Fulfillment internally and towards business stakeholders.
Interact with Solution Architects with respect to technical matters and to ensure application performance in line with business objectives.
Interact with other IT infrastructure staff and managers when necessary.
Act as Process Manager for relevant AM processes
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

1. ? University degree in related fields as communication, engineering, IT or finance.
