Main responsibilities:
1 The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation work of company ERP System.
2 He or she will be responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the company information system.
3 He or she will be also responsible for the development of the IT & ERP software, operation and maintenance in accordance to the company\'s business characteristics and growth requirements.
4 Responsible for Oracle ERP system and its related application projects such as planning, implementation, promotion and management
5 Responsible for promoting the construction of the company information technology system and conducting related tools training.
6 Assisting company’s business units in using the ERP system and providing routine maintenance.
7 Responsible for defining research requirements, technical support, writing specification documents and system optimization.
8 Responsible for user training, writing user manuals.
Qualifications
1 College degree and above, two years Either Party Oracle EBS project implementation experience, the specific implementation of Oracle Financial modules , procurement module , production module is preferred , oracle ERP certification is preferred ;
2 With strong financial knowledge and understanding of human resources, project management, materials management, and other services.
3 Familiar with a large database architecture , able to maintain Oracle, SQL server and other database systems , able to independently carry out general project design and development ;
4 Familiar with the Oracle ERP suite, skilled and have experience in using Oracle Financial ERP system, GL, FA, AP, AR modules are the basic requirements. In addition, candidate with knowledge of configuration and providing functional training of AP, AR, GL, FA module for module will be preferred.
5 Posses expansion and development capabilities, able to develop the Oracle Developer Report / Form is a plus.
主要职责:
1、负责协调实施完善公司信息化暨ERP系统;
2、负责维护公司信息平台的正常运转;
3、负责根据公司的种业行业特点,进行ERP相关软件的开发、运行维护。
4、负责公司Oracle ERP系统及其相关应用程序的项目计划,实施,推进与管理;
5、负责推进公司信息化建设及相关工具的使用培训;
6、协助公司各业务(BU)部门的信息化暨ERP日常维护;
7、负责需求调研,技术支援,编写需求文档、系统优化;
8、负责用户培训,编写用户手册。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历,两年以上甲方或乙方Oracle EBS项目实施经验,有具体实施过Oracle 财务模块、采购模块、制造模块者优先,oracle ERP认证资格者优先;
2、具有较强的财务知识,了解人力资源、工程项目管理、物料管理等业务;
3、熟悉大型数据库体系结构,能维护Oracle,SQL server等数据库系统,能够独立对项目进行一般设计和开发;
4、熟悉Oracle ERP套件,熟练并使用过Oracle 财务ERP系统中GL、FA、AP、AR模块,可以在AP,AR,GL,FA模块中进行模块配置和Functional培训者优先
5.具有扩展开发能力,能够进行Oracle Developer Report/Form 开发。
要求要有EBS项目实施经验,负责公司新系统的上线。
