Follow the entire IT project workflow from technical IT sales support via project realization until project handover, operation and support.

In future close support to local Sales team.

1.
Specifying and structuring of requirements for customer projects
2.
Planning and implementation of all required configurations
3.
Partial development of customer-specific extensions
4.
Tests and customer training on site
5.
High quality customer support during start-up and ramp-uptime – assistance in all phases
6.
Analysis, error solution and reporting
7.
Support the structuring of the IT system architecture in a highly dynamic and fully automated warehouse.

Good communication skills

Technical training in the field of IT, automation technology or similar
7.
Competence in material flow systems of complex automated intralogistic systems (nice to have)
8.
Deep insight in SAP EWM and non-SAP material flow control systems (MFS) （Nice to have）
9.
Java or C++
10.
Database skills especially Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)
11.
Eclipse, CVS, FTP
12.
Linux / UNIX
13.
3-5 years work experience
