添加节点

做了个添加节点的实验，一步步来的，添加完后节点3起不来了，不知道为什么？
节点12都open了
SQL> select host_name,instance_name,status from gv$instance;
HOST_NAME
INSTANCE_NAMESTATUS
-------------------- ---------------- ------------
rac1
prod1
OPEN
rac2
prod2
OPEN
节点三起不来
[oracle@rac3 ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Mon Sep 15 22:06:08 2014
Copyright (c) 1982, 2009, Oracle.All rights reserved.
Connected to an idle instance.
SQL> startup
ORA-29760: instance_number parameter not specified
SQL>
节点三的告警日志报的这个
USER (ospid: 4505): terminating the instance due to error 29760
Mon Sep 15 22:06:24 2014
Instance terminated by USER, pid = 4505
实在是看不懂啊，小弟才学rac！拜谢

看了一下节点三的$ORACLE_HOME/log
[oracle@rac3 log]$ ls
diagrac1
[oracle@rac3 log]$
节点三的实例没装成功吗？

[oracle@rac1 bin]$ srvctl start database -d proddb
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.proddb.db
ORA-29760: instance_number parameter not specified
