岗位职责(Job Description)
\" - Works as a senior developer or developement lead in projects.
- Design, build, maintain and deploy software applications to meet user and business needs.
- Responsible for application configuration, operation, and document review.
- Conduct system-wide tests, provide customer and user technical support, and monitor system performance to ensure that software programs are operating optimally.
- Work with analysts, IT professionals and other developers to coordinate the development process and meet project deadlines.
- Support in acquisition for:
o Presales consulting
o Preparation of prototypes
o Support the tender team
- Potential for working directly with the customer.\"
任职资格(Skill Requirements)
\" - Technical background and experienced in.
o Java (JEE).
o Java Script (especially Ext JS).
o SQL.
o Environment knowledge: JBoss, Tomcat, Appache, Weblogic, Websphere, popular database like Oralce, SQL Server, etc.
- Experience: 5+ years as Java developer and less than 2 years as BA
- At least 5 Java projects life cycle.
- Advanced level (knowledge and experience) of programming languages and methodologies.
- Basic business analysis / consulting skills
- Good solving problem skill, application error diagnosis and create documentation.
- Excellent understanding of security standards
- Must be highly analytical and knowledgeable about the latest software products that are available to users
- Experience of managing, directing and motivating staff to deliver projects with stretching scope and objectives
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail
- Experience at advising key stakeholders at senior and management level
- Strong debugging skills
- Ability to analyze the Production issues and give solutions expeditiously
- Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Methodologies
- Communicate clearly with team members or offshore counterparts and effectively interact to find solutions for a repetitive/previously handled production issues
- Good communication skills (English and Chinese)\"
