Job Description
· Ensure that all phases of development as described in the development process are completed and that milestones are delivered on time.
· Perform technical onboarding of the new employees in the team
· Share new tools and technology with the team
· Proactively share technical learning’s with peers
Project Scope
The successful candidate shall be responsible for implementing digital projects for [Company Name].
Principal Accountabilities
· Carry out the development of the assigned project adhering to the development standards and best practices, committing to the agreed timeline, and ensures quality metrics are met.
· Work closely with the project coordinator and/or client at the design stage to determine the objective of the website.
· As a lead developer provide technical guidance to the project team
· Communicate to project owners the responses to issues, clarification on the requirements, and other information related to the project including timeline and cost.
· Produce a mock-up design of the task based on user requirement.
· Develop digital solutions following the functional and technical design.
· Prepare technical and other documents related the digital solution as required.
· Develop unit test scripts, Test the solution to ensure the compliance to the requirements
Qualification:
A Bachelor degree along with 5 years or more relevant experience with demonstrated technical skills described below.
Technical Skills
· Strong programming skill in ASP.Net (C# or VB.Net), WAP, Web services.
· Knowledge in REST architecture and Mobile architecture.
· Experience in the development of digital solutions (consumer websites, web applications, mobile sites etc.).
· Knowledge in customizing .Net based Content Management System
· Database : SQL Server
· Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash
