＞ Responsible for development and operation of CBT (From Korea to China) business of 11st
＞ Report to 11st Executive Director of Global business development
＞ Lead sales and merchandizing for CBT (Chinese site of 11st) with cooperation with Sales & Merchandize Division for sourcing of Korean Product
＞ Lead marketing activities including alliances with Chinese eC platform players, digital marketing
＞ Lead operation of CBT platform as a business leader
-Required Qualification
＞ 10~15 years experiences in retail and eCommerce in China (preferably cross-border trading )
＞ Can speak Chinese and 2nd language (Korean or English)
＞ Experiences in operation of retail or eCommerce as Sales / Marketing / Service planning manager
＞ Skills in Top management communication, Strategic planning, Sales & Marketing operation
＞ Preferably US Top MBA holder
