Responsibilities
1.
Provide pre-sales support for the sales teams as regards Presentations, bid co-ordination, prospect qualification, requirement analysis meetings, product demonstrations and architecture design.
2.
Ability to understand and articulate customer business requirements and develop corresponding solution design
3.
Configuring applications for prototyping
4.
Develop extensions and customization on the Oracle Fusion Middleware product to demonstrate solution fitness to customer’s requirements
5.
Creation of sales support materials to represent Oracle Fusion Middleware capabilities
6.
Understand and articulate Oracle Fusion Middleware value propositions
7.
Articulate the total value of Oracle Fusion Middleware suite with IDM, BI functionalities
8.
Support third party solution partner sales and pre-sales activities
9.
Deliver partner support and trainings for Oracle Fusion Middleware opportunity support
10.
Generation of high quality responses to RFIs and RFPs.
Requirements
1.
Exceptional presentational and communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel.
2.
Previous implementation experience on SOA, Application Server, Portal Solutions such as Oracle Fusion Middleware, IBM Websphere Products Family, Tibco, or WebMethods
3.
Previous implemenation experience on Middleware solutions
4.
Proven track record in a sales support role including 8+ years of pre-sales experience with complex enterprise software solutions
5.
Proficiency in the following technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSP, Servlet,Spring, Struts, and Hibernate
6.
Practical experience in as many as possible of: J2EE/EJB, AJAX, SQL, XML, BPEL, BPMN, C/C++
7.
Extensive knowledge on Industry standards such as WS-* standards, BPEL, BPMN, J2EE API etc.
8.
Experience working with any of the following major RDBMS systems (no DBA experience required): Oracle, MS SQL*Server (Informix, Sybase and DB2 helpful)
9.
Practical experience working with Linux, Unix (Solaris, AIX, HPUX) or Windows
10.
Support Public Sector and Enterprise industry in east China on Healthcare, Customs, Tax, Finance, and Tobacco etc. industries.
11.
Support Oracle Fusion Middleware products line, including BPM, SOA, ExaLogic, Cloud Computing, WebLogic, Tuxedo, GoldenGate, and Oracle Enterprise Manager for Middleware etc. products
