Key Responsibility:

Work closely with recruitment consultant to understand the detailed hiring requirement from client
?
Creatively source candidates via various channels
?
Screen candidates by phone, may join candidate interview with senior candidates
?
Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients.
?
Support consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates
?
Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.
?
Present the profile to the consultant to further justify the candidates.
?
Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system.
?
Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
?
Follow through process and procedure to get result
Key Requirements:

Bachelor or above degree
?
Independent, dynamic, mature, result oriented and with drive to achieve
?
Good interpersonal skills to continuously deal with a variety of people.
?
Thrive under pressure and excel in meeting targets
?
Be professional, presentable and an upstanding representative of our company
?
Fluency in English will be a plus
?
IT or engineering background is highly preferred
