What it is wrong to condemn her for is overlooking your hard work.

因为忽视你的辛苦工作而责怪她是不对的。wh-类连接词引导的主语从句，What it is wrong to condemn her for是主语部分，condemn sb for sth. 因为某事谴责某人，is(系东西） overlooking your hard work（表语）....
