With the development of the net work, the world is becoming smaller and smaller. Because of the opening character of computers, computer security issues are becoming more and more prominent. Reports of hackers' invading enterprises are almost being heard everyday. Hackers are getting closer and closer to us, perhaps even beside us, who are affecting our life and work. This paper proceeds from steps, methods and fundamentals of hacker's invasions, analysizes their common mechanisms, methods and relative countermeasures.
