不行。early要放在get up 的后面；而且early与at 6:00有点重复。顺便说一下，你原句抄错了一个地方，是getting up at 6：00。 fail in doing sth. 是固定说法，in 是介词，后面接动词时，动词要加 ing 以变成动名词。...

get up early 可以看作是个固定搭配很少说 early get up。所以，I didn't get up early at 6:00 是可以的。另外，跟你确认下，后面是 get up 不是 getting up吗？我印象中应该是这样的：failed in doing sth. failed to do sth....
