The world seems (to be)disappeared when I am staring at your eyes.括号里的东西可有可无。

首先了解句子意思:"当我看着你的眼睛的时候，我感觉整个世界似乎都消失 了"It seems that the world have disappeared when i am looking into your eyesThe world seems (to be) disappeared when i am looking into your eyes眼睛之类的似乎用look into 好些，sth or sb use gaze may be better
