由于网上已有解决方法，故整理了一下供你参考：

把上面的那些复制到文本里面，保存后将名字改为windowsinstaller.reg。打开，然后重新启机，按开始-运行-cmd-确定。打入msiexel/regserver就行了。
2.如果上面的方法还不行，楼主看下2003卸载是否干净；是否有安装最新版的installer，并且把installer服务启动，然后再重新执行第1步。
