do you mean E-R diagram? I learnt entity-relationship diagram when doing Oracle database course. in case of the database tables, I think the entity should be considered as the attributes of the table. the relationship should be the assosiation between different entities. It is not that hard to draw an E-R diagram, buddy, try to find a book about database, based on ORACLE or mysql, whatever. you will find the needed information.
