这句话的主语是more responsibility，而with more power 做了这个句子的状语，在with more power后面断句，所以句子意思是，掌握的权利越大，责任也就越大。后半句的倒装可以用以下这个句子来佐证：Here comes the bus with the heavy rain.同样的道理 with the rain 是伴随状语。...
