饮食因素会引起的湿疹吗

人类的食物品种极多，一般可分为植物类、动物类、矿物类，在近代的食物中还经常应用一些化学合成的食物如糖精、醋酸、枸橼酸（柠檬酸）、香精、合成染料等。这些食物可引起食物的变态反应，从而导致湿疹的产生，有文献报道，在我国容易引起变态反应的食物主要有富含蛋白质的食物，如牛奶、鸡蛋等；海产类食物，如葱、蒜、洋葱、羊肉等；具有特殊刺激性的食品，如辣椒、酒、芥末、胡椒、姜等；某些生吃的食品，如生葱、生蒜、生西红柿，生食的某些壳类果实，如杏仁、栗子、核桃以及某些水果，如桃、葡萄、荔枝、香蕉、菠萝、桂圆、芒果、草莓等；某些富含细菌的食品，如死鱼、死虾、死螃蟹以及不新鲜的肉类，某些富含真菌的食品，如蘑菇、酒糟、米醋等；某些富含蛋白质而不易消化的食品，如蛤蚌类、鱿鱼、乌贼等；种子类食品，如各种豆类、花生、芝麻等。这些食物除了引起食物变态反应外，近代食物生化研究发现，在香蕉的皮中可以分离出组胺物质，在香蕉、菠萝、茄子、葡萄酒、酵母中含有很高的组胺成分，鸡肝脏、牛肉、香肠内亦含有相当高的组胺，而导致湿疹的发生。
