It is important for China & Russia tostop the proliferation of nuclear weapons in Asia, most governments are notstable because they have too many internal problems that may lead to larger
conflicts. An example China is damming the upper ridges of Mekong &Irrawaddy Rivers that
will affect the economy of their countries downstream. This could be a fightfor a nation's survival.
Downstream countries will have no choice but to confront China one day with aatomic bomb.
Myanmar with the North Koreans expertise is trying to build a nuclear bomb,China must now stop Myanmar from reaching that stage.
They should do the Israeli policy ie. eliminate the hardware nuclear plants& software ie. eliminate the scientists.
