(a) The Company shall be entitled to recover from the Supplier, the Taxes paid on behalf of the Supplier or its subcontractors (together with any costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection therewith) or to retain the same out of any amounts to be paid to the Supplier or its subcontractors that may be in its possession (whether due under this Contract or otherwise) and shall pay only the balance, if any, to the Supplier;公司有权从供应商处回收，以供应商或其附属单位的名义（跟公司发生的任何费用）发生的税收，或从应付给供应商或其下属单位的任何款项（无论是该合同项下的或是其他合同项下的）中扣除相同的数目，然后，如果有余款的话，补足余款给供应商即可。
