[求助]文件删除后又会重新出来

网站被人挂了index.html.不管做什么什么操作，删除，修改权限，编辑，马上都会重新生成，且文件只是r-xr-xr-x，这个是怎么弄出来的？
有没有什么工具可以扫描到那个在后台运行的东西？？
请高手帮忙啊
