为了尽量不影响正常的生活，我把瑜伽课的时间基本安排在中午12：00，偶尔是下午14：30。换言之，我把原来的睡觉时间拿来换上课了。于是，我天天靠着闹钟过日子了——每天，在JESSECOOK的EARLY ON TUESDAY强劲的节奏中挣扎着醒来。
JESSECOOK是去年奥运会期间我像抽风似的迷上的，当时有那么几天，除了六、七个小时的睡眠时间，另外的十多个小时我都钉在电脑前了。上天入地，搜索他所有的唱片，然后下载自以为喜欢的每一首曲子，并且把最心爱的几首编辑成手机铃声。一度，连我都要赞叹自己的学习精神了，嘿嘿。
之所以要选择这首EARLY ONTUESDAY当闹钟铃，主要是因为去年，似乎总在星期二开闹钟，为了出差。当然，还因为它是有人唱的，虽然我暂时没有翻到究竟是否COOK先生本人所唱，但那个词写得还是很动人的。至于说吉他的节奏与技巧，就更不用提了，堪称完美。
