Fujioka (maybe 藤冈) is suppose to be pronounced as "Hujioka". Fu should be "Hu"("Yahoo" 的 "hoo") in Japanese.Unlike Chinese people, Japanese don't use "f" sound now. Actually, ordinary Japanese CAN'T pronounce "f", even if they speak (or try to speak) English. So, you had better to understand fa, fi, fu, fe, fo as "ha" "hi" "hu" "he" "ho".The reason why use "f" instead of "h" to write in Roma-ji or English is, Japanese in old days, when Espanol missionaries (宣教师) came to Japan at 15th century, use "f" for はひふへほ. Missionaries write a record as "fa fi fu fe fo" in their dictionaries, and 成为习惯了.
