The mission is beckoning me,I have to study in earnest.但是你直接用 I have the duty od working hard .不就行了

个人意见：Duty is calling me. I must study hard. “have to”和“must”都表示“必须”。但是“have to”表示“被逼无奈而不得不……”，很被动。“must”是主动地想做某事，很积极。

The mission is beckoning me,I have to study in earnest.这个最好，beckon比较形象，不过要加个连词so，才能更好表示一个完整的句子。The mission is beckoning me,so I have to study in earnest.

Mission is coming to me,and I have to learn(study) sincerely这句话最像但是最好的翻译应该是：The Duty is calling me,I must study hard!
