Habit, whether good or not,are always formed gradually.When a person does one thing repeatedly,some kind of latent power will force him to do the same thing once again.That's the formationof a habit.Once a habit is formed,it's very difficult to change,or sometimes even impossible to change.Therefore,our young students should pay much attention on the cultivation of a habit.And we also should gave up those bad habits and try to form such good habits like diligence,getting up early and punctuality. |
