Huaibei City School Physical Education Qin Gang high status and Countermeasures (Huaibei Coal Industry Teachers College physical education instructor : Xu Dong) Abstract : The New Curriculum Standards for the gradual implementation in schools, either students or teachers are a new sports challenge China's sports teaching model is moving forward in the direction of diversification. New Curriculum Standard of Physical Education requirements changed from the previous model. Now physical education in all schools before the issue is how the right kind of teachers for each sport, New Curriculum Standards fully understand the concept of the spirit of sport and apply it to practical teaching. Use of a questionnaire survey, documentation, statistical analysis and other methods. Huaibei City 20 schools on the status of the Physical Education survey. The results showed : Huaibei City school sports teacher qualifications and titles structural imbalances; Lack of space equipment; morning exercises and high-quality spirits; pay enough attention leadership.
