南京德基广场座落于南京市中心最繁华的购物区核心地带——新街口的东北角，拥有优越的地理位置。面向南京市交通主干道中山路上，直接与南京地铁新街口站连接，交通十分便利。德基广场总占地面积近40000平方米，分为一期和二期两部分，落成后的南京德基广场商业总面积将达150000平方米，其规模效应将成为南京市最大的购物中心之一。
德基广场一期已经落成，属目前南京最顶级的购物中心，总建筑面积65000平方米，分为地上8层和地下一层，其地下一层与地铁新街口站直接连接。德基广场二期投资额为20亿，主楼高300米左右，裙楼商业面积将达近85，000平方米，同样分为8层，主楼部分将引进JW万豪超五星级酒店！

比JW MARRIOTT IFC差一点,不管是从高度上还是从品质上.
