It is going totake place in the Danish capital ,copenhagen of Denmark, between 7 December and 18 December 2009。Negotiators from 192 nations will convene this summit to negotiage the follow-up program ,the global carbon emission reduction for 2012-2020 , after the expiry of the first commitments .
